Cancellation Policy

You can cancel Unlocked Pro at any time. All payments are final — we do not issue refunds. Please read this policy before purchasing. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to it.

1. Cancelling Unlocked Pro

You can cancel Unlocked Pro at any time, right from your Billing page. One click — no email, no phone call, no questions asked.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full Pro access — Carl, the toolkit, the post-license track, every form and sample — until that date, and you will not be charged for any future periods. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can reactivate from the same page in one click.

2. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • The current billing period at the time you cancel (no partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days)
  • Any prior billing period, whether or not the Service was used during that period
  • Legacy one-time Unlocked Access purchases, which remain non-refundable

The following are expressly not eligible for a refund: dissatisfaction with content, failure to pass the licensing examination, change of mind, infrequent or no use of the Service during a billing period, forgetting to cancel before renewal, or any subjective reason.

Because the Service is digital and access is granted immediately, this policy is consistent with industry standards for SaaS and digital education products.

3. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — please contact support@passunlocked.com before filing a chargeback. We will review promptly and, if a billing error on our side is confirmed, correct it.

Filing a chargeback with your card issuer for a valid purchase — without first contacting us — constitutes abuse of the chargeback process. See Section 4.

4. Fraudulent Chargebacks

In response to an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately and permanently suspend your account without notice; (b) pursue recovery of all associated fees, including chargeback fees imposed on us by Stripe; (c) report the incident to applicable fraud monitoring services; and (d) pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

5. Terms of Service Violations

Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund and remain billable through the end of their current period. This includes account sharing, unauthorized use, scraping, reverse engineering, competitive intelligence gathering, and any other prohibited conduct set forth in our Terms.

6. How to Cancel

Log in, go to your Billing page, and click “Cancel subscription.” That’s it. You’ll see the date your access ends and you’ll keep Pro until then.

7. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York and forms part of our Terms of Service. Any dispute relating to a cancellation or charge shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration and class action waiver.
